I didnt see Sweden as one of the countries listed as "secretly organizing the group" or whatnot as the article said...so how exactly do they plan to go after TPB any differently?

The European Commision is the executive branch of EU and last i checked, Sweden is a member of EU.

I don't see how it would have much of a different outcome than the great raid of 2006. Unless laws are changed significantly I don't think the intellectual property argument would be any different than the copyright law one.

TPB doesn't actually have any of the information on their servers, they just offer a means of transferring the information between users. Which is how they were able to get out of the first bust.

I'm sure if they REALLY wanted to take TPB down though, they'd be sure to cover all the bases before taking any action. I don't see it happening anytime soon though. :|
