Since music seems to be a popular and universal topic, what album(s) are you most anticipating in 2006?

I really am looking forward to Kalmah's new album, I think it will be called "The Black Waltz." They are a Finnish melo-death band, if you like Children of Bodom / In Flames etc check them out, they sound similar yet different enough where it's not boring. http://www.kalmah.com/ If you go to the downloads page they have some downloads from the 2004 demo, which should be on the 2006 album. I loved the demo material so that's why I have high hopes.

Queens of the Stone Age - Lullabies to Paralyze ; I missed them when they came to Dallas with NiN, but I hear it was a kickass show.

Looking forward to the new Dead to Fall cd coming out in April. However I am pissed the venue they were supposed to play near my house got cancelled.....damn legion halls.

Kalmah is a great band, I'll be waiting for that album. But everyone has Come Clarity by now via download -.-.

I could swear I heard there was a new Tool album slated for this year, but can't find anymore info on it....

And since I already have Come Clarity (which I'll buy anyway) anything by Meshuggah, SYL (or other Hevy Devy stuff), and Lamb of God would be awesome!

i can't wait for the next nirvana greatest hits w/ never before heard tracks (cuz they were too terrible to be put into a pre-cult cd) :rolleyes:
